[RESULTS] Mr. Enduro, Ryan James, Wins Frostbite Race #2

Ryan James has won the second Frostbite Race Series event in freezing conditions.

Ryan burst onto the international scene last year with a runner-up finish at the longest race in the sport of stand up paddling, the 11 City Tour of Holland. After five days and 220km, he lost by just a few seconds to the king of endurance paddling, Bart de Zwart.

Last weekend in Bournemouth (U.K.) Ryan continued his good form by taking out the second Frostbite stand up paddle race.

The event lived up to its name, with the temperature hovering around -7 (C) for the race (it seems the Brits are competing with the French to hold the world’s coldest SUP race).

Coming in 2nd on the weekend was Team GB’s Mark Slater, who took out the first Frostbite SUP race.

The always awesome SUP-Guide.com has the full results from the race, so head on over and check ’em out.
