The Stand Up World Series @ Huntington delivered some very entertaining moments over the weekend. Despite the roller-coaster nature of the whole World Series enterprise, this event seemed to deliver on all fronts.

One of the areas the World Series has always done a solid job is getting slick videos up on YouTube just hours after the event. So check out these video highlights from Huntington Beach, which feature some great carnage in the punchy HB shorebreak.

Congratulations once again to Connor Baxter, who made it a clean sweep of the event to take out the overall 2014 Series title ahead of guys like Kai Lenny, Jake Jensen, Casper Steinfath and Mo Freitas.

It was also a great BOP warm-up by Candice Appleby, who mirrored Connor’s efforts in taking out both the sprints and the distance race.

On a side note, the pic we posted from the start of the men’s distance race was the most Liked shot I’ve ever done on Instagram (though unfortunately the official film crew didn’t capture this angle).
