Europe’s #1 SUP racer and all round Mr. Nice Guy, Eric Terrien has signed with France’s Select Paddles, which comes just a few months after he moved over to BIC Sports as his board sponsor.

Eric dominated the European SUP racing season last year and had some big results in Hawaii and the U.S. as well. All of which combined to land him a spot in the SUPracer Top 11 of 2011.

The only paddler to come close to matching Eric in Europe was fellow Frenchman Gaétan Séné, who’s also on the Select Paddles team.

Little wonder the two were selected as Team France’s Stand Up Paddle racers for the ISA World Stand Up Paddle Champs in Peru.
