In case you’re taking your SUP racing a little too seriously (guilty) and forgetting to have fun on the water, here’s something to brighten your day.

This was St. Patrick’s Day SUP Racing in (where else) Ireland, with some festive races organised at Killiney Beach in Dublin. Paul Byrne (the SUP racing rep for Team Ireland at last month’s Peru World Champs) summed it up:

“Only small numbers but great racing and better craic!!! Rained, snowed even had a bit of sun.”

We could probably all take a (four) leaf out of the Irish book.

Now, where’s that green beer…
